U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton Secretary of State Hilary Clinton has long worn pearls and a variety of other beaded necklaces. The photo to the left from the Brown University website shows her wearing a larger faux pearl necklace.  In the picture above, Clinton is speaking at the National Museum Building in Washington, D.C. on June 7, 2008 as she thanked supporters and endorsed Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama of Illinois.

First Lady Michelle Obama also has been seen wearing larger faux pearl necklaces quite often recently, as seen in the shot posted below.
